On April 26th to 28th, 2010 ANZAPLAN will attend the premier global event for the minor metals industry hold by the Minor Metals Trade Association in London. The conference will closely look at areas where there is the potential for positive growth in demand for a wide range of minor metals, for instance in new energy/power solutions and in environmental products, as well as in automotive, aerospace, electronics, turbines, solar power, etc.
The focus is also on developing new resources to meet the world's growing requirements for “Clean Technologies” and to meet global carbon reduction targets. Many of these technologies are reliant on minor and specialty metals to work. This conference will specifically address one of the major questions: Who will supply these resources?
Metals covered in this event will include: cobalt, molybdenum, rhenium, magnesium, lithium, selenium, indium, tellurium, cadmium, rare earth metals, rhodium, silicon, germanium, gallium, chromium, niobium, tantalum and many more.
