Regional TV channel OTV visited ANZAPLAN’s laboratory in Hirschau to feature a report about women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Current apprentices Lea Kern and Melina Fabrikantow, both prospective chemical laboratory assistants, provided their experience with ANZAPLAN’s training program.
The benefits of joining ANZAPLAN as apprentice, e.g., the chance to work with high-tech laboratory equipment, and best continuing education and career opportunities were highlighted.
ANZAPLAN is an attractive employer for training highly qualified professionals, therefore there is great interest, and it is not an issue to fill vacancies. The company advertises in schools and training fairs, particularly searching for future specialists.
ANZAPLAN’s Managing Director Dr. Haus emphasized the variety of qualifications in the STEM professions and the vast subsequent opportunities.
Best prospects and an interesting job - the female trainees of the Dorfner Group clearly recommend choosing a technical profession.
