ANZAPLAN continues to progress on the piloting of the test work program for Infinity Lithium Corporation (“INF”) on its lithium mica ore of the San José Lithium Project in Spain. The work includes bench scale optimization of the physical and hydrometallurgical process and the production of a bulk sample of lithium hydroxide.
ANZAPLAN recently completed the hydrometallurgical production of a battery grade lithium hydroxide monohydrate (LHM) sample for product testing. As an immediate next step locked cycle tests targeting hydrometallurgical processing of INF’s lithium mica concentrate will be performed to gauge the effects of recycling streams on the process. Locked cycle tests will be based on the flow sheet developed during previous processing test work carried out at ANZAPLAN.
