ANZAPLAN has been awarded by Australian based flake graphite producer Bass Metals (“BSM”) Ltd to carry out a conceptual study for an expandable graphite plant determining the key cost items with regard to BSM’s intended expandable graphite plant. The expandable graphite segment faces strong growth largely driven by a rise in demand from the construction industry and in consumer electronic equipment.

Canadian based MGX Minerals appointed ANZAPLAN to test the material of the newly acquired Gibraltar silicon project for potential industrial applications.

ANZAPLAN has been awarded by Australian based junior mining company Northern Cobalt Ltd to develop a process for the physical concentration and hydrometallurgical extraction of valuable metals from a cobalt ore from the Wollogorang project in Australia.

ANZAPLAN has been retained by Australian based Mineral Commodities Limited to conduct test work regarding the expandability of a graphite concentrate from their wholly owned Munglinup graphite deposit in Australia.

ANZAPLAN has been retained by Promisa Technologie GmbH to assist in the development of a highly innovative vanadium extraction process which may represent a very interesting source of supply for the battery industry.

ANZAPLAN has an extensive experience in graphite processing as well as know-how regarding requirements and specifications of spherical graphite products. NETZSCH is a world leader in the field of ultra-fine grinding and classifying with a very varied machine program. Both companies have jointly developed a new machinery setup optimized with regard to graphite spheroidization.
